Plantation Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive plantation management plans, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including labor management, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
• Monitor and analyze plantation performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain plantation infrastructure, such as roads, irrigation systems, and storage facilities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable farming practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and government agencies.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on plantation activities and performance.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of field experience in plantation management.
• Strong understanding of plantation management techniques and best practices.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to relocate to Ujung Genteng and live on-site.
