Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our expanding team in the UK. This role is vital in helping us achieve our mission of providing top-tier building services and maintaining our reputation for excellence. The position is based in Cheshire.
Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and setting up work areas.
• Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces with precision.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Assist in training junior team members when needed.

Qualifications * Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role within the construction industry.

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and masonry techniques.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Preferred: experience with roofing or carpentry is advantageous.
• Welding skills are not required but can be considered a bonus.
