We’re looking for an experienced Plasterer to join a Tauranga-based project. If you have solid hands-on experience, take pride in producing a quality finish and are ready to get stuck in, we want to hear from you.

Location: Tauranga, Tauranga
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: $32–$36 per hour depending on experience – paid weekly

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing surfaces by cleaning, repairing and priming.
• Installing plasterboard and associated materials where required.
• Mixing and applying plaster, render and other materials.
• Applying coats and smoothing, levelling and finishing surfaces ready for painting.
• Installing corner beads, mesh, battens, insulation and vapour barriers as required.
• Applying exterior finishes such as stucco and sand-cement render.
• Completing work to the required quality and building standards.

What we’re looking for

• A relevant NZ qualification or proven hands-on plastering experience.
• Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and surface preparation.
• Ability to produce a high-quality finish.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work effectively on site.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Able to pass a criminal history check.
