Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plasterer to join our dynamic construction team! In this role, you will be responsible for applying plaster to interior and exterior surfaces, transforming raw structures into finished masterpieces. Your expertise will help create smooth, durable walls and ceilings that meet high-quality standards. Duties

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers to ensure proper adhesion of plaster materials
• Mix plaster compounds accurately using hand tools and power tools for consistent application
• Apply plaster smoothly and evenly on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using trowels, hawks, and floats
• Repair cracks, holes, and imperfections in existing surfaces to achieve a flawless finish
• Coordinate with bricklayers, masons, carpenters, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
• Follow safety protocols while operating power tools such as drills, saws, and welding equipment
• Assist with roofing tasks or masonry work when required to support broader construction objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plasterer or in related masonry or drywall finishing roles
• Proficiency with hand tools such as trowels, floats, and scrapers; familiarity with power tools including drills and saws
• Knowledge of bricklaying, masonry techniques, roofing basics, and welding processes is highly desirable
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Strong physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights when necessary
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes on all surfaces
• Valid certifications or training in construction safety standards are preferred

Pay: £170.00-£220.00 per hour
