MPM Building Diagnostics – York

MPM Building Diagnostics are a specialist contractor focusing on the diagnosis and remediation of damp, mould, condensation and complex leak issues across residential and managed properties.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced Plasterers / Damp Proofing Technicians to join our team.

The Role

You will be working as part of a 2-man crew carrying out a range of remedial works, including:

• Damp proofing works (membrane systems, tanking, DPC systems)
• Hack-off and re-plastering
• Internal plastering and finishing
• Rendering works
• Mould treatment and reinstatement
• General remedial works following water damage

Work will be carried out across York and surrounding areas, with occasional nationwide travel and overnight stays.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in plastering and/or damp proofing
• Good understanding of remedial works and site practices
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a 2-man team
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Based in or around the York area
• Reliable, professional and able to work to a high standard
