Plastic Design Executive

Kibar Holding Group company Assan Hanil is looking for a Plastic Design Executive to join the R&D and Quality Directorate at our Kocaeli Plant.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related engineering field,
• Experienced in product development and plastic part design within the automotive industry,
• Knowledgeable in plastic injection, product development and design processes,
• Proficient in CAD software, (NX Unigraphics, CATIA V5 )
• Experienced in product development, technical feasibility, quotation processes (RFQ, BOM, etc.), prototyping, testing, and handover to mass production,
• Strong project management, problem-solving and team management skills,
• Good command of English,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing feasibility, design, validation and customer approval processes in new product development projects. (FSS, BtP)
• Carrying out plastic part design activities and related technical documentation processes.
• Following prototype, product launch and transition to mass production activities.
• Ensuring projects progress in line with quality, cost and timing targets.
• Managing design changes, cost improvement and alternative material studies.
• Leading required activities in line with relevant quality and management system requirements.
