What they need
Develop, optimize & validate hot bending process for plastic component in accordance to customer specifications
Define & control critical process parameters like temperature, heating time, bending radius, cooling methods, cycle time etc.
Provide hand-on engineering support during process setup trial and mass production
Collaborate with tooling, production and quality team to ensure robust process & tooling design
Conduct material evaluations & support material selection based on thermal and mechanical performance
Support customer audit technical review and change management activities with customer
