Sales Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 1–4 Years

Qualification: CIPET / Diploma/Engineering in Plastics preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle back-office sales coordination and customer communication.
• Follow up with customers and plastic converters for POs, orders, dispatches, payments, and outstanding dues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
• Maintain customer records, PO status, payment follow-ups, and sales MIS.
• Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending customer requirements.

Requirements

• qualification with good knowledge of the plastic industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email.
• Proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach.
