Overview

ERG Plastic Fabrication is a subsidiary company for ERG (AIR Pollution Control) Ltd based outside Horsham. We manufacture process vessels and ducting used in our air pollution control systems using high performance specialty plastic composites.

Duties

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to accurately fabricate plastic components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble plastic materials.
• Measure materials precisely using basic math skills to ensure proper fit and dimensions during fabrication and assembly processes.
• Make sure all work meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, regularly inspecting tools and equipment for proper functioning.

Experience

• Proven experience in plastic fabrication , with hands-on knowledge of welding techniques.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery efficiently.
• Basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations during fabrication tasks.
• Experience in assembling fabricated parts into finished products or systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to welding, cutting, and working with power tools is essential.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining a focus on quality and safety standards.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
