Plastic Injection Engineer

1. Perform tasks to achieve the goals of the Plastic Injection, Mold, and Pad Printing department.
2. Design and monitor the production process flow. (Flow Chart).
3. Prepare and review root cause analyses of manufacturing process defects and their impact (PFMEA)
4. Create and review quality control process flowcharts (QC Process Chart)
5. Set-up and review standard time (Standard Time)
6. Install and test machinery and equipment.
7. Prepare the manufacturing process for the new product. (New Model)
8. Inspect and accept machinery for new products.
9. Controlling the capability of the production process. (Capacity)
10. Improve the production process (Kaizen)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree of Engineering or relevant.
2. 1-5 years of relevant experience
3. Good command in English
4. Processing Knowledge plastic Molding, Molding, Pad Printing.
5. Problem Solving Detect all plastic.
6. Academic and technical Knowledge.
