PLASTIC INJECTION MANAGER

We are seeking a Plastic Injection Manager to oversee daily injection molding operations, ensure product quality, and lead a team of technicians to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize plastic injection molding processes and production schedules.
• Lead, train, and supervise machine operators and technicians.
• Troubleshoot molding issues, equipment problems, and quality defects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate mold changes, setup improvements, and process optimization.
• Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in plastic injection molding management or supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of molding machines, molds, and materials.
• Leadership and team-management skills.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to quality.
• Technical diploma or engineering background preferred.
