Plastic Injection Moulding Technician

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Plastic Injection Moulding Technician to support daily production operations.

This role involves:

• Setting up and operate plastic injection moulding machines for production runs
• Perform mould installation, machine start-up, and parameter setting
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimise downtime
• Conduct regular maintenance and basic repairs of machines and equipment
• Work closely with QA to ensure products meet required specifications
• Perform process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce scrap, and optimise cycle time
• Maintain proper documentation of machine settings and production records
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and housekeeping standards
