Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Production Engineer to join our team in Sango Ota, Ogun State. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing the performance of our injection moulding and extrusion machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot Injection Moulding and Extrusion machines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet required quality specifications.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on the factory floor.
• Supervise and train production staff to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation of processes and output.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Sc. or HND in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Chemical, or related field).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the plastics manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Practical, hands-on experience with Injection Moulding and Extrusion machines is mandatory.
• Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., COREN, NSE, or similar) are required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of plastic materials, moulds, and tooling.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
