About the Position

Maison Abelane Polyclinic is seeking a qualified and experienced Plastic Surgeon to join our medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, a strong commitment to patient safety, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and medical evaluations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients’ needs and medical suitability.
• Perform plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures within the scope of the clinic’s approved services and the physician’s license.
• Provide aesthetic consultations and discuss expected outcomes, potential risks, and aftercare instructions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide appropriate follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinical standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the medical team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Valid DHA license or eligibility for DHA licensing as a Plastic Surgeon.
• Recognized qualifications and relevant clinical experience in Plastic Surgery.
• Experience in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Professional attitude and strong attention to patient safety.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team.
