Plastic Surgery Coordinator/ beauty advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly presentable, confident and experienced Beauty Advisor / Plastic Surgery & Laser Department Coordinator to manage patient consultations, coordinate plastic surgery and laser services, and support patient conversion and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate must be Arabic-speaking and have previous experience working directly with Plastic Surgeons in an aesthetic clinic, cosmetic medical centre or hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main coordinator for the Plastic Surgery and Laser Departments.
• Work closely with Plastic Surgeons to manage consultations, treatment plans, surgery schedules and patient follow-ups.
• Welcome and counsel patients interested in plastic surgery, cosmetic procedures and laser treatments.
• Understand patients' aesthetic requirements and guide them toward appropriate consultations and services.
• Explain available procedures, treatment packages, pricing and promotional offers professionally.
• Follow up with enquiries and consultation patients to improve treatment and surgery conversion rates.
• Coordinate the complete plastic surgery patient journey, including consultation, pre-operative requirements, surgery scheduling and post-operative follow-up.
• Coordinate laser appointments and treatment schedules with doctors, nurses and laser technicians.
• Maintain regular communication with patients before and after procedures to ensure a premium patient experience.
• Manage leads generated through social media, digital campaigns, WhatsApp, calls and walk-in enquiries.
• Build strong relationships with existing patients and encourage repeat treatments and referrals.
• Handle VIP patients professionally and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, consultations, conversions, procedures and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the Call Centre, Reception, Nursing and Marketing teams.
• Support departmental revenue targets, conversion KPIs and patient-retention goals.

Mandatory Requirements

• Arabic speaking is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic, cosmetic medical centre or plastic surgery department.
• Previous experience working directly with Plastic Surgeons is mandatory.
• Experience coordinating plastic surgery and/or laser procedures is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of aesthetic treatments, cosmetic procedures and the patient consultation process.
• Strong sales, upselling and patient-conversion skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly presentable with excellent grooming and professional etiquette.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• UAE healthcare/aesthetic industry experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining excellent patient care and service standards.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
