We are seeking an Injection Moulding Technician to join a world-class manufacturer currently undergoing a solid growth phase. This newly created role is designed for an experienced practitioner to oversee daily production, optimise processes and technically develop a team of injection die setters.

Key Responsibilities

·         Technical Leadership: Provide direct support, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to the team of injection die setters.

·         Process Optimisation: Monitor and optimise production to deliver repeatable moulding processes.

·         Root-Cause Analysis: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using a structured approach.

·         Continuous Improvement: Share responsibility for driving site efficiency, maintaining strict quality standards, and implementing process improvements.

Candidate Requirements

·         Experience: Proven background as a Senior Technician or Team Leader within an injection moulding environment.

·         Technical Skills: Strong die setting and tool trialling capabilities, with an interest in or knowledge of Scientific Moulding.

·         Soft Skills: An inclusive communication style with the ability to engage, motivate, and collaborate with teams at all levels.

·         Attributes: A self-starter mindset with a strong commitment to quality.
