Thrive

We're on the hunt for world-class Thrive expertise across the globe. As our customer base expands rapidly and our global footprint grows, we're building a team of hands-on platform specialists who can support customers across every time zone, growing the people power behind our industry-best 24-hour support and world-class customer success.
How To Apply
Don't send a CV
! Send us something that shows who you actually are: a video, a voice note, or something you built with AI. Anything, as long as it isn't a CV, and a real person will read, watch or listen to it and come back to you.
About Us
The way we work has changed forever. AI is reshaping every industry, expectations are higher than ever, and skills have never had a shorter shelf life. Yet most organisations are still running disconnected systems, ageing technology and workplace learning nobody wants to use.
We think that's broken, so we built something better.
Thrive is the AI platform reinventing how modern businesses connect people, knowledge, skills and communication in one place. It's where work starts, learning happens, and people get the answers they need to do their best work. More than 3 million people across 60+ countries use Thrive every day, and over 500 organisations, including Google, Vodafone, Volvo, British Airways and Krispy Kreme trust us to power their people.
This is only the beginning. We're looking for curious people who challenge convention, move fast, and care deeply about building products customers genuinely love.
