Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage CLM platforms , with strong hands-on experience in ContractPodAI / LEAH .
• Configure and maintain CLM workflows, templates, forms, approval processes, and business rules.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, access controls, and platform security.
• Support contract lifecycle processes including authoring, review, approval, execution, and renewals.
• Configure dashboards, reports, notifications, and system-level settings.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with internal teams/vendor support for resolution.
• Work with business and legal teams to understand requirements and translate them into platform configurations.
• Support integrations between CLM and other enterprise applications through APIs or available integration frameworks.
• Perform platform testing, UAT support, release validation, and change management.
• Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Maintain platform documentation, configuration records, and administration procedures.

Must-Have Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in application/platform administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with CLM platforms .
• Mandatory: ContractPodAI / LEAH experience.
• Experience in CLM configuration, workflow management, templates, approvals, and user administration.
• Understanding of contract lifecycle and legal operations processes .
• Experience with integrations, APIs, troubleshooting, and system support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
