We at Coforge are looking for ServiceNow Architect in Poland.

Mandatory Requirements:

Certified ServiceNow Professional (CMA/CTA preferred).
12+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, and implementation
Strong advisory and consulting background with the ability to influence business and technology decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging CXOs, Enterprise Architects, and senior leadership.
Strong communication, executive presence, and customer-facing capabilities.
Hands-on implementation expertise across ITOM, HRSD, and AI adoption initiatives.
Good understanding of regulatory compliance and governance frameworks.
Experience in architecture, governance, integrations, CMDB, enterprise patterns, and digital transformation programs.

Certification:

Certified ServiceNow Professional (Mandatory)
CMA/CTA certification preferred
