We are seeking a Principal GenAI Platform Architect to define the architecture, standards and engineering strategy for a next-generation enterprise AI platform used across multiple business units. This is a platform-focused role where you'll shape the foundations enabling teams to build and deploy AI solutions safely, securely and at scale.

• Enterprise GenAI platform architecture
• RAG, agentic AI and orchestration frameworks
• Scalability, resilience and performance engineering
• AI governance, observability and security
• Technical leadership across large engineering organisations

What we're looking for:

• Significant experience designing large-scale platforms or distributed systems
• Deep understanding of modern GenAI architectures and AI platform engineering
• Strong cloud-native and enterprise architecture expertise
• Experience establishing technical standards and influencing senior stakeholders
• Background within financial services or other regulated environments is advantageous
