Platform Assistant Manager (D2D)

About the role

The Platform Assistant Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the D2D sales platform to support dealer engagement, order management, sales operations, and business growth. The role ensures seamless platform operations, drives user adoption, coordinates with internal stakeholders, and develops initiatives that enhance dealer experience and improve sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the D2D sales platform.
• Ensure platform functionality, accuracy of product information, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility.
• Coordinate with regional and head office teams regarding system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Conduct periodic testing and validation of platform updates and new features.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer platform concerns and inquiries.
• Conduct training and onboarding sessions for dealer users.
• Drive dealer adoption and utilization of platform features.
• Gather dealer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
• Monitor dealership activity, order trends, and platform utilization.
• Generate sales and platform performance reports for management.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, Dealer Management, or Business Analytics.
• Experience managing sales platforms, CRM systems, or dealer portals is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
