Platform Delivery & Support Manager [Consulting | Support | Retail]

Our client is a US Business IT Consulting Firm with a rich history in providing IT Services and driving digital transformation initiatives for Tier-One Clients. They are currently working closely with a Large-Scale Retail MNC Corporation and is seeking a Platform Delivery & Support Manager for their Delivery Team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end incident management lifecycle for data-related production issues
• Drive root cause analysis
• Monitor data pipelines, interfaces, ETL processes, data quality issues, and platform performance
• Ensure compliance with SLA
• Coordinate workload planning, resource allocation, and on-call support activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience managing incidents in production support environments within the retail industry
• Direct exposure in IT service management and/or application-driven support
• Sound understanding of cloud-based tools such as ServiceNow would be an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management skills with fluent English communication
