Platform Engineer

As a Platform Engineer, you will get the opportunity to grow, improve and maintain cutting-edge cloud infrastructure, enabling DevSecOps culture in our organization by supporting our development teams in deployment and operation

Job Description

• Work in our Infrastructure team to grow, improve and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure at scale

• Build tools to support DevSecOps in our software teams

• Build security into the entire development workflow.

• Coach developers to ensure that our software teams have solid DevSecOps capabilities

• Help implement and continuously improve generalisable approaches to authorization, authentication, abuse detection, abuse prevention and auditing

• Help build strong security fundamental to The 1 Platform.

• Be a good teammate in an energetic, friendly and highly skilled team

Qualifications

• Is knowledgeable about DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, Terraform, Docker, continuous delivery, Kubernetes and AWS

• Leaves and breathes git as the source of truth for everything

• Holds a BS/BA degree in computer science or a relevant field

• Has at least 3 years work experience in a relevant field

• Has a firm grasp of computer science fundamentals

• Has experience securing Cloud resources, Kubernetes cluster and services

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure

• Is passionate about reliability and performance

• Is an excellent mentor, collaborating with developers on our software teams to help grow their DevSecOps skills

• Good command of English (English interview required)
