Do the best work of your life. Our people are depending on it.

Dwell United is a small team building the platforms that communities run on. The problems are real, the users wear gloves, and everything you ship lands somewhere it matters.

How we work

Small teams, real ownership

You will not be a cog. Every person here owns something whole — a platform surface, the data layer, the magazine — and answers for it.

Field first

The work is judged where it lands: on job sites, in facilities, at kitchen tables. We build from the field back to the office.

Craft over ceremony

Few meetings, fewer decks. We write things down, decide, and ship — and we hold the quality bar high because the platform carries people’s livelihoods.

Long-term by design

Platforms, not projects. We are building things meant to run for decades, and careers here are structured the same way.

Platform Engineer

Build the products end to end — TypeScript and React on top of the logistics engines that move real work through the real world.
