Platform Engineer

Talencia is looking for a “Platform engineer” for one of its clients.

Location : Brussels

Start date : ASAP

Duration : 1 year ++

Responsabilities :

• Platform & Operations: Maintain, upgrade, and support Kubernetes and OpenShift environments;
• System Availability: Ensure high availability for critical applications, manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and handle deployments.
• Automation & Monitoring: Reduce manual tasks using Infrastructure-as-Code and Python, while maintaining observability tools and alerts.
• Security & On-Call: Manage platform security, patching, access controls, and participate in on-call support rotations.

Your profile :

• Technical Expertise: Advanced Linux administration, hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift, and Python scripting.
• Core Practices: Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible), CI/CD (Git), monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana), and incident troubleshooting.
• Background: Proven experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles with strong problem-solving skills.
