We are looking for a senior, cross-functional professional to operate and evolve an end-to-end platform combining UiPath automation, Azure services, databases, hybrid infrastructure and AI. This is not a role for a specialist in one technology. The candidate must understand the full platform, resolve complex incidents and turn loosely defined requirements into scalable, secure and production-validated solutions.

What you will do:

• Identify the real problem behind a vague request.
• Present alternatives with costs, timelines and risks.
• Anticipate volumes, bottlenecks and single points of failure.
• Design for security, resilience, observability and rollback.
• Break work into small, verifiable deliverables.
• Take changes through to production and verify the results.
• Clearly explain and document technical decisions.

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps or SRE, with direct responsibility for production environments.
• Strong Azure architecture experience: stateless services, containers, VMs, private networks, Key Vault, managed identities, Entra ID, Storage, and staging/production separation.
• Production-level Python or TypeScript, including API development, automation and code reviews. PowerShell and Bash are also required.
• Networking: private/corporate DNS, SSL certificates, firewalls, NSGs, proxies, hybrid environments and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Windows Server and Active Directory: GPOs, service accounts, NTFS permissions and RDS.
• Advanced use of Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot, including validation of AI-generated code, diffs, tests and technical claims.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Additional hands-on experience

• Git and CI/CD: branches, pull requests, pipelines, testing, approvals, deployment, verification and rollback.
• Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Docker, web services and container debugging.
• PostgreSQL and SQL Server: performance, indexing, locking, backups and zero-downtime migrations.
• Terraform or Bicep. Manual portal-based operations are not acceptable.
• Security: secrets, least privilege, MFA, managed identities, hardening, patching, OWASP and vulnerability management.
• Observability with Elastic/Kibana or equivalent tools.
• Backups, restores and RPO/RTO management.
• Strong written and spoken Spanish.

AI, automation and UiPath

The candidate must use AI with appropriate control and traceability, not simply for code generation.

We will assess experience creating resources such as AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md files, skills, security hooks, permission models, allowlists and sandboxed environments.

They must understand the integration of AI assistants and agents into web applications, including model APIs, streaming, tools, RAG, controlled MCP access, auditing, privacy, costs and human review queues.

Operational knowledge of UiPath Automation Cloud is required, including Orchestrator, folders, machines, robots, queues, assets and credentials.
