Platform Engineer Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Platform Engineering Intern eager to build a career in cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, automation, and modern software delivery. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world platform engineering challenges, guided by experienced engineers. The primary focus will be on learning core concepts, contributing to practical engineering tasks, and progressively taking ownership of small platform components and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply cloud infrastructure and platform engineering concepts.
• Assist in building and maintaining Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Work with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Support automation efforts using scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Gain proficiency in containerization using Docker.
• Assist with monitoring, logging, and observability initiatives.
• Contribute to documentation, reusable templates, and engineering standards.
• Participate in troubleshooting and technical discussions.
• Explore how AI and automation can enhance developer and platform productivity.
• Complete a hands-on project during the internship.

Full-Time Conversion Opportunity

High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Platform Engineer role upon successful completion of the six-month internship. This consideration is subject to demonstrated performance, acquired skills, available positions, and prevailing business requirements.
