Platform Engineer - Need Locals

Work Setup : 100% onsite in Round Rock, TX

Interview Process : Onsite (1st and 2nd rounds all on the same day once the candidate passes the initial interview)

Schedule : Monday to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm

Years of experience : 6-12 years

We can just go with a platform-focused approach (Kafka and RabbitMQ). We can relax the automation side skills (DevOps, Python, Ansible)

I also like to suggest that let's focus more on platform-side experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Since we are not finding many profiles, we can relax the automation side. (python, ansible) .

Just having platform-side experience will be good enough.

Technical Skills needed: KAFKA, managing RabbitMQ, Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience in applying Generative AI /Agentic AI to infrastructure operations, platform engineering, or software development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted observability, incident management, operational analytics, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Proven expertise in Kubernetes Container Orchestration and Docker Containers.
• Experience in messaging/streaming platforms like IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, Apache Flink, etc
