What they need
- The Platform Engineer owns the systems backbone and data infrastructure of our revenue organization, spanning CRM administration and the data and automation platform built around it
- That platform is unusually deep for a company our size: HubSpot at the center, a warehouse consolidating product, billing, and GTM data, more than 80 production services running syncs, scoring, and reporting, and an orchestration layer where AI agents already execute real RevOps work
- This role inherits the estate whole and owns its architecture and roadmap going forward
- The role combines two crafts. You are simultaneously (i) a builder who writes production code, designs data models, and ships the next generation of AI-enabled internal tooling, and (ii) a hands-on CRM administrator who keeps HubSpot clean, well-governed, and optimized for the rep experience
- Both halves are core to the job, and the reporting our executive team relies on sits downstream of your work
- You will report to the Director of Revenue Engineering (under the VP of Revenue Operations) and partner closely with Sales, CS, SDR, RevOps, Finance, and our Product and Engineering teams
- Own the revenue data warehouse that consolidates CRM, product usage, and billing data: schema design, data modeling, pipeline orchestration, and performance
- Run and evolve a fleet of 80+ production services covering churn-signal syncs, account scoring, enrichment, and reporting, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Build and extend our AI agent infrastructure: an orchestration layer of specialist agents that automate recurring RevOps and GTM work, from reporting to multi-step workflow execution
- Design and maintain the integrations that move data between HubSpot, our product database, billing, enrichment tools, and the analytics layer, with the error handling and backfill tooling production data flows require
- Administer HubSpot Sales CRM as the platform’s front end: object and field architecture, permissions, workflows, and governance built along CRM best practices
- Own CRM field and data cleanup, deduplication, and governance so the CRM stays accurate and trusted as the company scales
- Optimize HubSpot for rep experience, designing views, workflows, and automations so sellers spend their time selling rather than fighting the system
- Set the technical direction for the estate you inherit: evaluate new data and AI infrastructure, make build vs. buy calls, and keep the architecture documented and simple enough to reason about
Benefits
- Health insurance: Comprehensive health insurance plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, to ensure you and your family have access to quality care.
- Catered lunch and dinner: Our office provide expensed lunches, dinners, snacks, and drinks.
- Unlimited paid time off: Unlimited paid time off, allowing you to take the time you need to recharge.
- Parental leave: 12-weeks (birthing) and 8-weeks (non-birthing) fully paid parental leave to bond with a newborn child or newly adopted or fostered child.
- Equity incentive plan: Giving you more flexibility to exercise stock options and participate in the company’s growth based on tenure at Nooks.
- Work from home stipend: Reimbursed home office equipment and supplies expenses, ensuring you have the tools needed for productivity.
- Commuter benefits: Subsidies for public transportation and parking, to make your daily commute more convenient and affordable.
- Annual offsite: Annual offsite event to foster team bonding, celebrate achievements, and align on company goals.- Experience building and operating data pipelines and third-party API integrations in production, including error handling, monitoring, and backfills
- Pragmatic judgment: you can weigh build vs. buy, follow established best practices where they exist, and explain your decisions to non-engineers
- A track record of cleaning up and governing CRM data at scale, and of designing for rep experience rather than admin convenience
- Hands-on HubSpot Sales Hub administration experience: workflows, property and object architecture, permissions, and data governance (deep Salesforce administration with HubSpot exposure may also fit)
- High ownership mentality: you run toward ambiguous problems, fix root causes, and leave systems better documented than you found them
- 4+ years in GTM systems, RevOps engineering, or CRM administration within a revenue organization, with recent hands-on work building AI-assisted systems weighted over total tenure; direct GTM experience is a requirement
- You have built and shipped agentic applications with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) that run real business processes in production, whether GTM automations, internal agents, or custom apps a team depends on daily
- Strong SQL and working Python; production experience with a data warehouse (Postgres, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar)
- We encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply and join our team
