Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Technical Application Support Analyst to support a portfolio of subsurface and reservoir engineering applications within an upstream Oil & Gas environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Schlumberger applications, particularly Petrel and related modules, along with strong application support, troubleshooting, user support, and environment administration experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for petro-technical applications.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, access, and integration issues.
• Support application installations, upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Manage user provisioning, licensing, and access requests.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex incidents.
• Perform incident, request, and problem management activities.
• Maintain application documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Support business users across geoscience, drilling, and reservoir engineering functions.
• Ensure application availability, stability, and performance.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of application support experience.
• Experience supporting upstream Oil & Gas applications.
• Strong understanding of subsurface, geoscience, reservoir engineering, or drilling workflows.
• Experience supporting production application environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $44.85/hour - $70.07/hour. Our offered benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
