Platform Launch Manager - Light Industry Markets

For our client, we are seeking a Platform Launch Manager - Light Industry Markets to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will drive the launch strategy and execution for new offerings across light industry markets, with a focus on turning business priorities into successful market introductions. The position will coordinate cross-functional teams, align launch readiness, and help ensure commercial and operational goals are met. You will also partner closely with business management and stakeholders to remove barriers, improve launch effectiveness, and support growth in targeted market segments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $142,240 – $208,615 annually

Responsibilities

• Participate in evaluating and prioritizing launch projects aligned with business objectives
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional launch teams for effective execution
• Oversee development of comprehensive launch packages including training and marketing materials
• Ensure all launch milestones and readiness criteria are met
• Lead market introductions and monitor launch performance
• Adapt strategies to maximize growth opportunities and market penetration
• Collaborate with business management to address operational challenges

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product launches or project management
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills
• Experience in light industry markets such as data centers or food & beverage
• Excellent strategic planning and communication abilities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects to completion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
