Platform Operations Associate (Listings & Customer Support)

About the role

You will keep our listings accurate and our users supported. This is a hands-on role at the center of how the platform runs every day, and you'll work directly with the founding team.

Key responsibilities

• Review new listings for accuracy, completeness, and duplicates
• Flag errors and suspicious listings, and follow up with the poster
• Answer user questions by chat, email, and Viber
• Help brokers and buyers with onboarding and platform use
• Log recurring issues and send a weekly summary to the team

About you

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Warm, patient, and clear in writing and speaking
• Fluent in English and Filipino
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and online tools
• Able to support users of different generations and tech levels
• Real estate or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
