Platform Operations Executive – Campaign & Conversion Execution

Golden Alpha Venture Corporation is seeking a Platform Operations Executive to support campaign execution, platform configuration, feature checking, operational monitoring, and issue reporting.

The Platform Growth Operations Manager owns the overall growth strategy, conversion direction, and priority decisions. This role is responsible for accurately implementing those strategies and actively checking, monitoring, verifying, and reporting issues during execution.

We are looking for someone who can accurately execute, monitor, verify, and report, rather than simply wait for instructions.

1. Campaign Execution & Backend Configuration
2. Platform Placement, Content & Game Configuration
3. Feature Checking & User Journey Verification
4. User Communication & Key Service Monitoring
5. Daily Monitoring, Reporting & Issue Follow-up

Required Experience :

• 3–5 years of experience in platform operations, campaign operations, content operations, CRM operations, digital platform execution, backend configuration, or related operational roles.
• Familiarity with CMS, back-office systems, campaign management tools, content management tools, or platform configuration processes.
• Basic data awareness, with the ability to understand campaign participation, clicks, user journey, basic conversion, and operational reports.
• Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets, internal reports, and basic dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to independently check configuration accuracy and frontend display results.

Job Conditions :

Employment : Full-time I Probationary to Regular

Work Setup : On-site at Cebu Business Park, Cebu City

Relocation Support : Relocating package available for employment coming from outside Cebu

Schedule : 6 days per week I Shifting Schedule
