Platform Operator (Community & Game Operations)

Platform Operation Specialist (ORVVIT, VFUN KR / VFUN Global)

Are you passionate about gaming and eager to be part of an exciting industry?

We are looking for a Gaming Platform Operations Specialist to manage our gaming platforms, including ORVVIT, VFUN KR, and VFUN Global.

VFUN is a global game platform publishing titles such as Soul Worker, Last Origin, and Black Squad. ORVVIT is our open lounge and community platform for VFUN players. Both services are operated for a global audience in 13 languages, including English.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our platforms, with responsibilities similar to those of a community moderator. You will create and publish announcements, promotional content, and event updates to keep our players informed and engaged.

As we currently service multiple game titles across various genres—including MMORPG, FPS, Mobile, and more—experience with a wide range of games will be considered a strong advantage.

You will work closely with our platform development team at our headquarters in South Korea. Therefore, proficiency in Korean is required to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Technical Aptitude: A quick learner who can navigate back-end systems (CMS) and troubleshoot digital platform issues.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills (both written content and user-facing support)
• Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Since the specific scope for VFUN and Orvvit is still being finalized, candidates must be willing to take on shifting responsibilities as the platforms develop.
• Solid understanding of and genuine interest in games and online communities
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and a strong team collaborator

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in game operations, community management, or customer support
• Ability in Korean or another service language (Japanese, Chinese, etc.)
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and common collaboration tools
• Experience planning online events or managing social media (SNS)

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations of the VFUN and ORVVIT platforms — announcements, event setup, content placement, and maintenance support
• Manage the community: monitor posts and feeds, process reports, moderate inappropriate content, and engage with users
• Run events: attendance events, cross-game missions, returning-user packages, bug-report events, and SNS campaigns — from planning support through execution
• Respond to customer inquiries (CS), route issues to the relevant teams, and log/track bugs and improvement requests
• Provide operational feedback tailored to local (English-speaking, SEA, and other) user behavior in a multi-language service environment
• Monitor operational metrics (engagement time, retention) and prepare reports

Note : Compensation offer will be negotiable depends on your skill set.
