products. With over 1,000 products across 12 categories, our portfolio includes trusted household names such as

Dynamo, Fab, Walch, and arum, among others.

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented TikTok Shop Operator to act as the "engine" behind our live commerce

sessions. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of our livestreams—from strategic planning and

technical setup to real-time data monitoring. You are the bridge between the content and the customer, ensuring that

every broadcast is technically flawless, high-energy, and optimized for maximum sales performance.

Job Description

• Design and implement daily livestream themes, promotional mechanics, and "Run of Show" (ROS) plans to

keep content fresh and engaging.

• Set up and monitor the backend of the TikTok Shop during live sessions; troubleshoot technical issues (audio,

video, or connectivity) in real-time to ensure zero downtime.

• Manage product "pinning," voucher releases, and inventory updates during the stream to align with the

host’s presentation.

• Monitor real-time performance metrics (GPM, conversion rates, traffic sources) and provide actionable

insights to the creative team to optimize future sessions.

• Partner with Live Streamers, Scriptwriters, and Post-Production teams to ensure all broadcasts meet brand

goals and sales targets.

• Assist in managing the live chat, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed and maintaining a positive,

interactive environment.

Requirements

• Associate degree or degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.

• Proven experience in TikTok Shop operations, e-commerce livestreaming, or the FMCG/Beauty sector is

highly preferred.

• Strong familiarity with the TikTok Shop Seller Center and livestreaming software; ability to troubleshoot

under pressure.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with high-energy talent and production

crews.

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret livestream analytics and turn them into growth strategies.

• High level of adaptability, resilience, and a "problem-solver" attitude.
