Platform Seller Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end service delivery framework for Alibaba.com sellers in Hong Kong, spanning product operations, lead generation and transaction conversion to improve seller performance, renewal rates and transaction volume.
• Design and run scalable local onboarding, training and engagement programmes that accelerate new seller growth and retention against core KPIs
• Turn data insights, success stories and internal resources into practical enablement for frontline sales and service teams, raising local channel service quality
• Surface seller pain points and market opportunities from the Hong Kong user base, and partner with central product and platform teams to improve the seller experience

Job Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B seller operations, industry operations or foreign trade, with strong customer empathy and the ability to understand seller pain points

• Proven experience building customer incubation or enablement programmes from 0 to 1 and delivering measurable results

• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management and resource integration skills, with a data-driven approach to spotting issues and opportunities

• Fluent business English, both written and verbal; TOEFL / IELTS preferred. Cantonese is a plus

• Experience in cross-border e-commerce operations is essential; Familiarity with seller growth mechanisms on platforms such as SHEIN, Alibaba.com, 1688, AliExpress, Cainiao Global Shipping (CGS) or DHgate is highly preferred

• Background in industry operations, advertising operations or commercial product operations is a plus
