Job Description

PLATFORM SOLUTIONS OPERATIONS LEAD

We're looking for a Platform Solutions Operations Lead to build and own the operational backbone of our growing Platform Solutions Hub.

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly scaling international business at the intersection of adtech, creative technology, data and operations. You'll take ownership of the commercial and operational workflows behind a portfolio of proprietary products, helping ensure projects move smoothly from contract signature through delivery and invoicing.

The role combines hands-on execution with process design. You'll not only run critical operational processes but also define how they should work in the future, building standards, playbooks and scalable ways of working across multiple markets.

If you enjoy creating structure, driving operational excellence, and working with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, HR, Product and Business teams, this role offers significant ownership and visibility from day one.

In this role, you will:

• Own the end-to-end operational workflow for Platform Solutions projects, from contracting to invoicing and project closure

• Manage project documentation including agreements, statements of work, cost estimates, purchase orders, invoicing and completion documents

• Ensure projects start with the required approvals, signed agreements and valid purchase orders

• Coordinate monthly closing activities with Finance and maintain audit-ready documentation

• Administer contractor operations, including agreements, assignment orders, onboarding, offboarding, time tracking and invoicing

• Monitor contractor spend, resource allocation and project costs across multiple product lines

• Design, document and implement operational standards across several markets

• Create playbooks, templates and onboarding materials that support consistent execution

• Lead onboarding of new markets and ensure successful adoption of processes and standards

• Translate operational challenges and market needs into requirements for platform development

• Maintain visibility across active projects, documentation status, invoicing and operational performance

• Coordinate recurring operational reviews and stakeholder reporting

We're looking for someone who brings:

• 3+ years of experience in Contract Administration, Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance Operations, PMO or a similar function

• Hands-on experience with contracts, purchase orders, invoicing and operational administration

• Experience managing external contractors, suppliers or vendor-related processes

• Proven track record of improving, standardising or implementing operational processes

• Experience working across multiple markets, legal entities or matrix organisations

• Strong understanding of basic commercial and financial concepts such as revenue, costs, accruals and month-end closing

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and drive issues to resolution

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience in an agency, adtech, media or multinational environment

• Knowledge of intercompany processes, cost allocations or transfer pricing principles

• Experience introducing new tools, processes or governance frameworks across multiple teams or markets

• Experience with project tracking platforms such as Monday.com, Asana or similar tools

• Working proficiency in Hungarian and/or Russian
