Platforms & Integrations Manager

Platforms & Integrations Manager Dynamic Planner is a key part of a broad, highly detailed ecosystem of platforms, providers, technology partners, and data sources. We are proud of our market leading integrations estate, and our Open API capabilities, and continue to build on these by expanding our existing relationships and integrations and working with new partners to build out our interconnectivity in the ecosystem. 

This role is responsible for maintaining and growing Dynamic Planner's integration, platform and provider relationships day to day. Working closely with Product and Technology teams, you will understand customer and adviser requirements and help ensure our ecosystem continues to deliver value to customers and partners alike. 

You will maintain strong working relationships with platforms, providers, discretionary fund managers and technology partners, supporting the ongoing direction of our integration and platform coverage. 

You will also own the datasets that form the basis of our research software, ensuring that they are accurate and up to date through regular correspondence with providers.  

Job Requirements Skills & Experience 

• Knowledge of the UK retail investment, adviser platform and provider landscape.
• Experience working with investment platforms, asset managers, providers, discretionary fund managers or adviser technology businesses.
• Understanding of adviser workflows, platform capabilities, proposition development and market trends.
• Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships across product, technology and partner teams.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams to influence outcomes and drive delivery.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to represent Dynamic Planner internally and externally.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder groups and balancing competing priorities.
• Professional experience within financial services, investment management, adviser technology or platform businesses.

Job Responsibilities Integration Partner Management 

• Proactive partner relationship management across existing integrations
• Reactive management of partner changes, upgrades and enhancements
• Own delivery of major integration initiatives, such as bringing additional data into Dynamic Planner, working through partners one provider at a time
• Active client management of new integrations, including internal and external communications.

Platform & Investment Proposition Coverage 

• Ensure Dynamic Planner maintains comprehensive and accurate platform, provider and investment proposition coverage.
• Own and enhance the data held as part of our research functionality.
• Support the continued evolution of our platform, provider and MPS datasets to meet customer and market requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for platform and proposition coverage, helping the business respond effectively to market developments.
• Drive improvements in data quality, coverage and operational effectiveness across supported propositions.
• Work alongside product owners & solutions architects to ensure we are meeting market and customer requirements as well as our business and technical goals.

Strategy & Commercialisation 

• Draft business cases for new integrations or research software improvements, to support investment decisions
• Provide market insight and partner feedback to help shape Dynamic Planner's strategic priorities for integrations, platform coverage and ecosystem relationships.
• Support Customer Success Managers working with customers using our integrations or OpenAPI
