What they need
Lead and manage daily operations of plating lines.
Develop, optimize and control plating processes, chemical parameters, and bath maintenance.
Troubleshoot plating defects and implement corrective and preventive action.
Plan compliance with quality , environmental and safety management system.
Plan and execute process improvement, cost reduction, and yield enhancement projects.
Supervise and guide Engineer responsible for Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) and chemical Laboratory functions.
Review WWTP performance, effluent compliance, and laboratory test result.
Coordinate with production , Quality, and Maintenance teams to support manufacturing requirements.
Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and work instructions.
Support audits, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance related to plating and chemical usage.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,999.00 per month
