Plating Engineer

✅Manage and improve plating processes to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency.

✅ Support and maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 management systems.

✅ Monitor production processes, analyze performance data, and lead process improvement initiatives.

✅ Develop and maintain process control charts, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.

✅ Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

✅ Improve equipment reliability and uptime through preventive and continuous improvement activities.

✅ Plan and execute trial runs for new products and support the transition to mass production.

✅ Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing goals.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related Engineering field.

✔ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

✔ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

✔ A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.

✔ Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills.

✔ Comfortable participating in internal and external meetings.

✔ Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
