Plating Operator

Job Responsibilities

·        Operate manufacturing equipment such as plating line and re-reeler.

·        Use of the measuring equipment , solder pot and X’ray machine to perform quality check on parts as per checklist.

·        Inspect product and material to ensure that they meet specifications.

·        Maintain production data such as quantity on scrap, good part, changeover and set up hours, production hours in MFG/Pro.

·        Record and document appropriate information such as inspection checklist, production records etc.

Job Requirements

·        "O" Level / Professional Certificate / ITE in Mechanical or equivalent.

·        Plating experience and chemical handling experience.

·        On the job training will be provided for candidates without experience.

·        Candidates with experience will be considered for Plating Technician role

·        Able to work rotation shift

·        Able to commit to work Overtime

Plating Lab Operator

Job Responsibilites

• Conduct chemical analysis on plating baths and wastewater discharges
• Accurately record and report test results to support process improvement
• Perform chemical maintenance as scheduled by the Chemist
• Assist in the operation of the DI water and wastewater treatment systems
• Assist and carry out ad-hoc tasks or assignments from Chemist

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Familiar with analytical instrumentation used in electroplating/electrodeposition

• Skilled in proper chemical handling and laboratory techniques

• Keep cleanliness of the facility

• On-job training will be provided

• Able to work rotating shifts and commit to overtime when required

• 准确记录并报告测试结果，以支持制程改进
• 按照化学师的安排执行化学维护工作
• 协助操作纯水（DI）及废水处理系统
• 协助并执行化学师指派的临时任务或工作

• 熟悉用于电镀 / 电沉积的分析仪器
• 具备正确的化学品操作与实验室技术
• 保持工作场所的清洁整齐
• 公司将提供在职培训
• 能接受轮班工作，并在需要时配合加班
