APM Monaco, a global fashion jewelry brand, is looking for an experienced Plating Supervisor to join our Production team. This role is responsible for overseeing the plating and chemical treatment process to ensure product quality, safety compliance, and operational efficiency within the plating department.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก / Key Responsibilities

• ควบคุมดูแลการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันของสายการชุบ รวมถึงการจัดการสารเคมี กระบวนการชุบ และการควบคุมคุณภาพ
  Supervise and manage daily operations of the plating line, including chemical handling, plating processes, and quality control.
• ดูแลให้เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสารเคมีในงานชุบ (บันทึกการใช้สารเคมี, รายงานความปลอดภัย ฯลฯ) ครบถ้วนและเป็นปัจจุบัน
  Ensure all plating chemical documentation (chemical usage records, safety compliance reports, etc.) is properly maintained and up to date.
• ติดตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพงานชุบ และแก้ไขปัญหากระบวนการเพื่อลดของเสีย
  Monitor plating quality standards and troubleshoot process issues to minimize defects.
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้การทำงานราบรื่นและส่งมอบงานได้ตรงเวลา
  Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely output.
• ควบคุมการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการความปลอดภัย และการจัดการสารเคมีอันตรายอย่างถูกต้องในพื้นที่ชุบ
  Enforce safety procedures and proper handling of hazardous chemicals within the plating area.
• ฝึกอบรม แนะนำ และควบคุมดูแลพนักงานสายการชุบ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์
  Train, guide, and supervise plating line staff to improve efficiency and product quality.
• สนับสนุนการปรับปรุงกระบวนการชุบและการจัดการสารเคมีอย่างต่อเนื่อง
  Support continuous improvement initiatives related to plating processes and chemical management.
• งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
  Other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications

• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเคมี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการงานชุบ / กระบวนการเคมี ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  Minimum 3 years of experience in Plating / Chemical process management within a manufacturing environment.
• มีความรู้ด้านเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสารเคมีและข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยของห้องชุบ (เช่น บันทึกการใช้สารเคมี, รายงานความปลอดภัย)
  Strong knowledge of chemical-related documentation and compliance requirements for plating/chemical rooms (e.g. chemical handling records, safety reports).
• มีความเข้าใจในเทคนิคการชุบ กระบวนการเคมี และมาตรฐานการควบคุมคุณภาพ
  Solid understanding of plating techniques, chemical processes, and quality control standards.
• มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและการบริหารทีมงานที่ดี
  Good leadership and team supervision skills.
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันในสภาพแวดล้อมการผลิตที่รวดเร็วได้
  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.

คุณสมบัติที่จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ / Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous)

• มีประสบการณ์ตรงในสายงาน อุตสาหกรรมเครื่องประดับ (Jewelry)
  Direct experience in the Jewelry manufacturing industry.
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือจีนได้
  Able to communicate in English or Chinese.
