Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate a variety of playful activities tailored to different age groups and interests
• Support children in developing social skills through guided play and group interactions
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during activities by maintaining vigilant supervision
• Ability to work in a team with other staff
• Reliability and punctuality
• Assist with daily routines such as snack times, outdoor play, and rest periods to promote a structured environment
• Encourage creativity and learning through arts and crafts, sports, and movement sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized play area that adheres to safety standards at all times

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in roles such as nannying, teaching, babysitting, or childcare is highly valued. Ideal position for a Teaching Assistant looking for holiday work
• Knowledge of safeguarding and willingness to undertake training as required
• Fluency in English is essential
• Demonstrated ability to lead engaging activities that promote development and fun
• Knowledge of child development principles and safety protocols
• Passion for working with children and creating positive, memorable experiences

Pay: £14.24-£15.69 per hour
