Job Overview
Do you love soccer, enjoy working with kids, and want to grow as a coach?
We're looking for energetic, motivated individuals who are passionate about soccer and helping young athletes improve.
As a Player Development Associate, you'll work with young players to develop their soccer skills, confidence, creativity, and competitive spirit.
What You'll Do:
- Lead fun, engaging individual and small-group training sessions.
- Help players improve their technical skills and decision-making.
- Encourage players to take risks, embrace challenges, and build confidence.
- Create a positive, competitive, and supportive training environment.
- Learn and apply the Quest Soccer coaching philosophy.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong passion for soccer.
- A positive attitude and great energy.
- Enjoyment of working with kids.
- Reliability, patience, and good communication skills.
- A willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow.
No previous coaching experience required! We'll provide training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
