Core Responsibilities

• Assist players via email, live chat, and online messaging platforms
• Resolve player issues professionally and efficiently
• Investigate recurring problems and provide practical solutions
• Maintain and improve internal knowledge base documentation
• Work with internal teams to improve support processes and player satisfaction
• Review cases and collaborate with teammates to maintain service quality
• Stay updated on game features, updates, and player concerns

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and training activities
• Participate in testing new game features and updates
• Support internal projects and operational improvements
• Help prepare training or documentation materials
• Occasionally attend office sessions for collaboration or secure tasks

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Willing to work rotational or night shifts
• Good typing and computer skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Stable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup

Nice to have:

• Basic statistics knowledge
• Basic data handling skills
• Previous strong experience using work productivity software
• A love for games, especially video games
• Basic project management
