Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional service in a dynamic environment. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest services by greeting visitors warmly and assisting them with inquiries.
• Manage cash handling processes accurately during transactions at various service points.
• Assist in food service operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health standards.
• Support events management by setting up venues, coordinating activities
• Monitor inflatable and play areas and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Handle conflicts or guest complaints effectively, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Engage with children in a friendly manner, creating a positive environment for families.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends and school breaks and holidays!
• Strong skills in conflict management and public speaking to effectively communicate with guests.
