Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Assistant Teacher to support classroom activities and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment for children. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with early childhood training who are eager to build a career in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Main Trainer in delivering classroom sessions effectively
• Support children during activities, playtime, and craft sessions
• Prepare and organize teaching materials and classroom setup
• Ensure child safety, hygiene, and overall well-being
• Handle small groups of students and provide extra support to slow learners
• Maintain a positive and child-friendly classroom environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Degree (preferred)
• Montessori / ECE Certification (added advantage)
• Candidates with 12th + Montessori certification can also be considered

Experience Required:

• 0–2 years of experience in teaching or childcare
• Freshers with relevant training are encouraged to apply

Skills Required:

• Basic English communication skills
• Friendly and approachable attitude towards children
• Good teamwork and coordination skills
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a caring nature
