PLC & Motion Control Engineer (Junior / Senior)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PLC & HMI programs for automation systems
• Perform motion control configuration, including PID tuning and parameter setup
• Support machine installation, commissioning, and system integration at site
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during commissioning and operation
• Provide technical support to customers locally and overseas

Requirements

• Junior Position: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Senior Position: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

• Must be actively involved in PLC programming in current or previous role

• Required skills:

  • PLC & HMI Programming
  • Motion Control
  • Electrical Design
  • Codesys (preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
