What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities)
PLC Programming
- เขียนโปรแกรมและปรับแต่งระบบ PLC สำหรับสายการผลิตและเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติ
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงโปรแกรมให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของการผลิตและมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในระบบ PLC และเครื่องจักร
- สนับสนุนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และการบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance)
System Integration
- ประสานงานกับทีมวิศวกรรมและฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อเชื่อมต่อระบบ PLC เข้ากับเครื่องจักรและระบบอื่น ๆ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Automation และ Electrical เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
Documentation & Reporting
- จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งาน, เอกสารการบำรุงรักษา และรายงานผลการแก้ไขปัญหา
- บันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลงโปรแกรมและการปรับปรุงระบบอย่างเป็นระบบ
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
Education
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมอัตโนมัติ, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Experience
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน PLC Programming และ Troubleshooting อย่างน้อย 2–5 ปี
Technical Skills
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการเขียนโปรแกรมและแก้ไขปัญหา PLC ของ Omron, Siemens และ Mitsubishi
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบ Automation, Sensors, Servo Systems และ Machine Control
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์และซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ PLC ได้
Soft Skills
- มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงวิเคราะห์
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและสื่อสารกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความรับผิดชอบและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
