PLC Integration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated PLC Integration Engineer to join our team. If you are a hands-on professional who takes immense pride in meticulous craftsmanship, executing complex assemblies, and solving technical challenges, this is the role for you.

Duties:

• Development, programming, and debugging of PLC programs
• Work on start-up and commissioning of machines both on shop floor and at customer locations
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with existing installations
• Test and validation of controls programs
• Document, note, and report findings/issues on existing machines

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience designing and working with Fanuc PLC and control systems
• Experience with Siemens and Heidenhain PLC and control systems also a bonus
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of electrical systems and ability to read electrical schematics
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented setting as well as an individual as required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail as well as independent critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft office as well as windows 10/11
• Travel is required to local, domestic, and international locations

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
• Standing, bending, and kneeling required
• Climbing ladders is often required
• Ability to work with basic hand tools
